The Fourth Wall hits Sidney with this zany and unpredictable show. They have toured the world with their show that combines theater, dance, and acrobats with music to create an interactive experience.

The High Plains Arts Council is dedicated to strengthening a thriving arts environment through the promotion of high quality performances and educational opportunities.

The High Plans Arts Council is primarily a volunteer organization with a Board of Directors.

They choose the artists, produce the show, and raise and administer all funding.
